Background: VISNEWS filmed May 29 as a United States Airforce DC-6 airliner flew into Geneva carrying the four Foreign Ministers from Washington and John Foster Dulles' funeral.
During the flight the British, French, Russian and US Ministers had a "summit" meeting, at 15,000 feet up. They talked for 90 minutes in a locked cabin.
When the plane landed Mr. Andrew Berding, Assistant Secretary of State and American Geneva conference delegation spokesman, read a statement prepared by the Ministers at the end of their airborne talks -
The four Foreign Ministers had an opportunity on the aircraft of reviewing progress at the Geneva Conference and discussing certain details of their respective positions.
They all agreed that the exchange of views had proved useful. They agreed to meet again privately and informally at 5 pm at the villa of Mr. Selwyn Lloyd.
