Background: Each week some 400 Belgians who left the Congo are flying back to Leopoldville to take up their posts again to help the new Congolese Administration.
Among them arriving Nov 23 were doctors, civil servants and police official, some with their wives and children.
Many of the returning Belgians are employees in private firm and owners of small businesses. But apart from administrative officials, the Congolese Administration are appealing to Belgian , professors and teachers of primary and secondary schools to return to the Congo.
