Background: British toymakers put on their 14th annual display of new toys in London on Tuesday (Nov 3rd), showing dozens of toys and games that have been introduced in the last year.
As well as traditional types there were some in the display that were being shown to the public for the first time.
Among the old favourites were dolls, soft toys and, for boys, trains and racing cars. Construction kits were popular and there were many mechanical toys, including dancing dolls and even a talking lion. And there were fireworks and carnival novelties, in fact everything the toymaker could think of for boys and girls of all ages.
For the children, a dream come true as they gazed at one after another of the sparkling toys.
