Press: Did the Cabinet have many decisions to be made before Camp David summit?
Begin: "No, I don't there will be any decisions but we have to take certain decisions before we go and we have to prepare them properly. We have time enough, 3 weeks to do the job.
Press: In negotiations there is an initial position and a fallback position. Will you be going to Camp David with a position you haven't told public about?
Begin: We want an agreement and will take any steps to reach it. Press cutaway
Begin: Suppose Sadat will be accompanied by Foreign Minster. maybe military advisor. We shall have a delegation on the ministerial level and advisors.
Press: Do you see summit as overall peace agreement or possibly discuss partial agreement between Israel and Egypt?
Begin: Both idea possible. If peace treaty not possible I've termed a "peaceful relationship" on basis of reciprocity.
Press: Will you be taken any new approaches with same policy?
Begin: We have peace plan.
Press: Has Israel been informed of U.S. proposals for summit?
Begin: I didn't hear anything from Vance, Quandt, or Carter.
