While the president of the Court Martial let our cameraman to cover indoor the trial, a Military Police officer, during the first interval, arrested him, confiscated the film and kept him for almost three hours until the session was over and the president confirmed that he has given him permission to film inside.

Background: Four officers and a sergeant were brought this morning before a Special Military Court in Salonika, charged for an attempt to organize a group and try to overthrow the present military regime. Another (cashiered) Officer, Major Angelos Pnevmatikos, and three civilians were brought before the same Court for having been members of the above group, the "Union of National Salvation" -- a pro-King organization. The trial will continue.
