Background: The national dialogue committee made of 20 lebanese prominent political leaders met again today to study ways of restoring law and order in Lebanon. After the 90 minute meeting Mr Rashid Karami the PM,told newsmen that the committee had expressed satisfaction at the response to its recommendations for a withdrawal of armed men and cessation of acts of violence "This enabled the capital to spend a quiet night", he said. "The security forces will continue to remove all armed manifestations from all areas definitely he added.
