BRIGHT: "In this day and age, everyone is willing to pay. I think people are looking to pay for more things, you know: More ideas and adventurous things that they can do."

Background: Winter in the United States has always been a time for children to slide down the snow-covered slopes in the northern part of the country. In the Midwestern State of Illinois, youngsters' fascination for sledding has been turned into a commercial proposition.
Recreation developer Les Bright has taken one slope, a few dozen large inner tubes and made them into a profitable business.
The slope is complete with a rope-tow, so that more time can be spent on the down-hill trip. The adventurous spirit is not limited to children. Many parents are seen joining their children in the fast, and often tumbling, journey down the hill.
