Between Dinant and Givet (France) several localities are isolated, 2 fingers. The road leading toward Givet is blocked and all traffic is impossible over a distance of 6 Km.

Background: After the very bad weather, with heavy snowfall and rains, of the last week, the water of the river Meuse has considerable mounted, putting a vast area under water. Several villages were completely cut off, the roads being blocked by the floods. All the boats, on the Meuse are tied up, forcing these people into inactivity. The transportation is completely interrupted. The most devastated cities were Namur, Anhee and Dinant and from Dinant all the roads to France. On all these roads leading to France, the traffic is interrupted. If the snow on the hills should start melting unexpected, then a great disaster is to be feared in this entire area.
