Wilmer Stultz and Amelia Earhart and the plane Friendship. Wilmer Stultz piloted the plane Friendship which crossed the Atlantic with Earhart as passenger on June 18, 1928. (In 1932 Earhart would become the first woman to pilot a plane across the Atlantic).
