TRANSCRIPT: "More than half the time of our present ... current schedule has been used for other points than construction and installation. The report presented by the organising committee is complete. It covers many points. There were questions by members of the International Committee on the organization ...and many aspects on the presentation of the games. And more than half the time we were there was used for those points, and not necessarily for construction and installation."
