Background: In Rumania a short time ago, the crowds were out to welcome the man who became Communist leader in Hungary during the uprising, Mr. Kadar.
Mr. Kadar was Prime Minister of Hungary until January of this year, when he resigned to concentrate on his work as First Secretary of the Hungarian Communist Party.
Mr. Kadar, and members of his delegation, were visiting Rumania on a Friendship Visit, and for talks with the Rumanian leaders.
