Background: A western sport and an eastern religious discipline have come together in the United States at Phoenix, Arizona. The game is tennis and the discipline is yoga. U.S. tennis professional Rick Champion had been studying yoga for nearly a year, when he decided to include it in his tennis instruction.
With the help of Yogi Babadom, who has been studying yoga for twenty-years, Champion has begun what he believes is the only class of its kind. While Champion teaches the technical skills required for tennis, Yogi Babadom leads the class to physical and mental relaxation through concentration.
