Background: President Arturo Frondizi of Argentina on a four-day stay in Holland, visited the International Court of Justice at the Hague July 1.
He was received by acting President of the Court, Sir Mohamed Zafrullah Khan, in the absence of the President, and by two judges, Mr. Arman Ugon (Uruguay) and Mr. Moreno Quentana (Argentina) and toured the Court buildings.
Also greeting the President were Professor J. P. A. Francois, Secretary-General of the Permanent Court of Arbitration and the Assistant-Registrar of the International Court of Justice, Mr. J. Garnier-Coignet.
