THE OUTPUT OF THE FACTORY CAN SUPPLY ONE-THIRD OF THE LOCAL DEMAND FOR TEXTILES.

    PRESIDENT N'GOUABI WAS APPLAUDED BY A LARGE GROUP WORKERS WHEN HE ADDRESSED THEM BEFORE LEAVING.
