SPEECH TRANSCRIPT: SEQ. 1: SIHANOUK: "Vietnam wants to Vietnamize Cambodia. Vietnam wants to swallow up Cambodia, wants to wipe us from the map and form the universal history of our Cambodia. We must join Mr. Son San -- (who) was reluctant also a few months ago to join the coalition by now Mr. Son Sann and myself we have to join otherwise we have no chance . Being not an astrologer, I cannot tell you in what year I could be in Phnom Penh, but I can assure you that the coalition government and our three armies will doe their best in order to persuade one day the Vietnamese to abide by ... to comply with the resolution on Kampuchea of the United Nations."
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: In July 1981, a special international conference on Kampuchea organised by the General Assembly of the United Nations, called for the withdrawal of all foreign troops from Kampuchea.
