Background: It has been another troubled day for Princess Irene of Holland. Today (Wednesday) a bomb scare delayed her departure from Amsterdam airport to Paris, where she was reunited with her fiance. Then it was announced that her "nerves were on edge" and that she needed a rest. And back in Holland, the Prime Minister announced that a parliamentary debate on the royal crisis would be held next week.

Film spotlights the bomb scare, Princess Irene, finally leaving Amsterdam, arriving in Paris, arriving at her fiance's flat, and ends with scenes after the meeting of Dutch political leaders with the Premier.

At Amsterdam's Schipol Airport this morning, a bomb scare delayed her departure for Paris. After an anonymous telephone caller said there was a bomb aboard her aircraft, police ordered all passengers off.

All luggage was unloaded as a detailed search was made, but nothing was found. It was an hour before Princess Irene and the other passengers were allowed to board again the KLM Electra, which was on a scheduled commercial flight.

At Le Bourget Airport in Paris, a black saloon was waiting near the aircraft stops as the princess, accompanied by an unknown man, disembarked. From the airport she drove straight to the apartment of her fiance, Don Carlos, and his father.

The flat is located in the Avenue Marceau, near the Arc de Triomphe, where a crowd of reporters and photographers were waiting. She made no statement as she hurried into the building. Later it was stated that she would remain in Paris until early next week.

Meanwhile, back in Holland, at Parliament House in The Hague, leaders of Holland's five main political parties met to review the latest developments. The meeting followed strong public criticism of Princess Irene's decision not to marry in Holland, and not to accompany her parents on their State visit to Mexico.

It was called at the request of the Dutch Prime Minister, Mr. Victor Marijen, who announced that there is to be a parliamentary debate next Tuesday to go into the whole problem.
