    Background: VISNEWS filmed Apl 18 as Tom Mboya of Kenya leader of the All-Africa People's Conference addressed a "Youth March for Integrated Schools" staged by some 26,000 negroes in the grounds of the Washington Monument, Washington DC.
    Addressing the crowd Tom Mboya said there were strong similarities between the problems of the American negro and the African negro, he added: Three-hundred bus load of negro children from all over America had travelled to Washington to attend the meeting. A delegation had gone to the White House to present a petition bearing 250,000 signatures calling for more government action in the school-integration problem. And aide to the President had accepted the petition.
