    "THOSE ARE THE RESULTS ACHIEVED BY THE MANILA SUMMIT MEETING WITH REGARD TO THE FORMATION OF MALAYSIA," HE SAID.REFERRING TO THE UNITED NATIONS ASSESSMENT OF MALAYSIA SENTIMENT IN NORTH BORNEO AND SARAWAK, HE SAID THAT "WHATEVER MAY HAPPEN SHORTLY IN NORTH KALIMANTAN (BORNEO)" INDONESIA WAS NOW "NO LONGER TREATED LIKE A DUMMY PUPPET AND ALLOWED TO JUST LOOK ON ALONE AT ALTERATIONS TO THE STATUS QUO IN THE REGION AROUND IT."
