TRANSCRIPT: SEQ. 4: ARRENS: "Sending more armaments to the Hiddle East can only destabilise the area and bring about another situation like in Iran. today, the real cause for concern is that the weapons will fall into the hands of the Soviets. There is a risk of potential aggression if Saudi Arabia and Egypt are supplied with arms, and, in the final analysis, find its way against Israel. The new regime in Iran is aligning itself with Israel's enemies."

    REPORTER:"Is there any operational co-operation?"

ARRENS:"In the long run, it is a possibility."
