Background: Continuing his extensive tour of various countries including the United States, Britain, West Germany and Russia, Guinea's President Sekou Toure arrived from Prague at Rabat's Saleh airport Morocco, Dec. 1.

Sekou Toure - leader of the newly independent French West African territory - was welcomed at the airport by Moroccan Crown Prince Moulay Hassan, Premier Abdallah Ibrahim, members of the Cabinet and the Diplomatic Corps.

Morocco commenced diplomatic relations with Guinea in February 1959. For some time, the two countries have been exchanging trade missions and recently a trade agreement was signed between them.

During his stay in Morocco, Sekou Toure will be received in audience by King Mohammed V, spend four days in Rabat and visit Casablanca, Marrakesh and Fes.
