Background: Well-known American film personalities were filmed at Kastrup Airport, Copenhagen, November 9. They were flying to Russia for the opening performance in Moscow, November 10, of "Marty" - the first American film permitted to be shown in Moscow since 1939.

Gary Cooper, Edward G. Robinson, Mrs. Gary Cooper and her daughter, Delbert Mann - who directed "Marty" - and Arnold Picker, of United Artists, posed for cameramen before entering their Moscow-bound aircraft.

Gary Cooper, who spoke to Mr. Khrushchev during his visit to Hollywood, said he was hoping to meet the Soviet leader again in Moscow.
