    Background: The Klyuchevskaya Volcano is one of the 33 active volcanoes of Kemcharka. The last vast eruption of Klyuchevskaya occurred in 1944. Recently the volcano again began to be active. This, naturally roused the interest of specialists. There is a volcanologic station in the town of Klyuchi, where volcanologists keep a constant eye on the behavior of the volcano.
