27th July 1953, the Korean war between Communists and United Nations were ceased by signing the armistice at Panmunjom.

Background: 27th July 1953, the Korean war between Communists and United Nations were ceased by signing the armistice at Panmunjom. Today, after five years of cease fire in Korea, its almost rehabilitated with billions of dollars aid from United Nations and thru the continuous effort of Korean Government. Most of the factories and buildings destroyed in war are risen with the aid of various organisation of UN and people of Korea is about to live as happy as before the war.
But since the communists in North Korea built up their armed forces tremendously better than during the war, our soldiers in front line are in alert always and ready to meet their surprising attack.
