WOMEN: "Well I was in the kitchen getting lunch; it was lunch time ... lunch was just about ready when it happened."
REPORTER: "I see." "I understand you were in the domestic quarters when the aircraft crashed."
WOMAN: "Yes, well they were all probably sitting there having lunch as it was their lunch time too."
REP: "And was there anyone with you?"
WOMAN: "Yes, just the boy - houseboy."
REP: "You were very fortunate then ..I understand there were just 5 people is the domestic quarters altogether."
WOMEN: "Yes there were 5 people, the wheels came off the plane and just forced him along the alleyway We don't really know the extent of his injuries yet but he's in hospital."
REPORTER: "Mr. Richard May how long have you been flying in Papua New Guinea?"
MAY: "Oh, it'll be about 15 years now."
REP: "Have you had any accidents during this time."
MAY: "Only the one....the engine cut out and I was forced to litch in a light."
REP. "Four sestiary? craft have ditched this year. Is there a particular reason for this?"
MAY: "Oh, Well not really - there are more sestiary? aircraft - actually in the whole world I think - there hasn't been one which can't be attributed to the aircraft itself - it couldn't have been blamed for it."
