    Background: Dr. Luna the Dutch Foreign Minister---who arrived at London Airport on Monday, June 16th.------had a series of discussions with Mr. Selwyn Lloyd, the British Foreign Secretary, on the present state of the Free Trade Area negotiations.

    Other subjects on their agenda included the decision of the Ioslandio Government to extend territorial waters to 12-miles and the political situation in France.

    Holland's particular concern at present, about the Free Trade Area discussions, are the protectionist clauses, especially those relating to agricultural products.

    After their talks the Foreign Ministers did not issue an official statement.
