TRANSCRIPT: DOZIER: "First, I would like to express my sincere thanks to the .. to the dedication shown by the Italian authorities across the board., for their efforts towards a resolution that was carried out yesterday morning was done with speed and precision, and there is another word that...that we in uniform like to use, and that's professionalism. The people of Italy can certainly be proud of the folk that were working on this thing in that apartment house yesterday morning. Ladies and gentlemen, those were true professionals. I pray regularly myself but during the last six weeks I have been on the receiving end of a lot of prayers. And one of the reasons I'm convinced that I'm standing here today is that what you see the successful conclusion of this situation, is the result of praying on the parts of a lot of people. And let me tell you when you're on the receiving end of it, you can sure as hell feel it."
