The medium sized tea-belt town is full of delegates who have come here (mostly by buses) from all parts of Assam.

The executive committee will decide on new measures to be adopted to focus attention of their demand for the identification of the aliens, the striking of their names from the electoral rolls, and their eventual deportation. The decision of the executive committee will be presented as "guidelines" to a larger, representative meeting of delegates later today for discussion.
