A RED FLAG INDICATED REPAIREEEE REPAIRS ONLY. AND A YELLOW FLAG HEANS LIMITED GAS SALES. INTERVIEWS WITH DRIVERS INDICATED THE SYTEEE SYSTEM WAS WORKING WELL. IT IS THE REST THING THAT HAS HIT NEW JERSEY, ONE DRIVER REMARKED. ANOTHER SAID THAT THE NEWLY ELECTED GOVERNOR BYRNE OF NEW JERSEY +IS GETTING WISE.+
