The car seen here is a 1928 Cadillac Model 341A Town Sedan.
The car was displayed at a Southend-on-sea amusement park for several years in the 1930s.
The car has a long and fascinating history, more of which can be seen here.....

The American man in the clip was my great-uncle - Harry Elmo LaBreque. He purchased the car in Chicago shortly after Capone's arrest and transported it back to England specifically to show it at the Kursaal in Southend. I have his unpublished memoirs which describe the purchase and subsequent showing of the car
