Unknown user says
The three unusual small vehicles seen at 0:10 are all Vickers Carden Loyd Utility Tractors.
Kalinovsky says
The tracked vehicles at 0.10 and again from about 0.28 are technically Tractors Light GS Mark I. They belong to B Company of the 1st Battalion Durham Light Infantry who in 1935 and 1936 formed the Machine Gun Battalion of the Experimental 6th Infantry Brigade, commanded by Brigadier HM Wilson D.S.O., later better known in and after WW2 as General and then Field Marshal Jumbo Wilson. The 6th Brigade was based near Camberley Surrey in Dettingen Barracks Blackdown, now known as Deepcut.
