M/S of the men doing final checks, commenting. Car is finally ready and a driver jumps in.
The car's designers Sydney Allard and Ronnie Greene (Wimbledon Speedway Controller) claim it is the world's smallest racing car. Driver Cyril Brine - "Salty", well known speedway ace, prepares to test the prototype but he has to be careful since it has no brakes.
M/S of two men helping the driver, Mr. Brine, to start the car - it needs a little push. The car starts successfully. Panning L/S of the car circling the track. C/U shot of two men wearing suits observing the movement of the car. Return to the car, now speeding seriously. It seems to be moving extremely fast.
