LV Pan, taxi driving into yard of disused factory. GV Elevated, taxi coming through open gates and into yard. SV Gates of yard closing.

SV Window with new bars up which the thieves cut through to enter the bank. Angle shot "Euston Road" sign. LV Int. Ironmonger's shop assistant walking carrying cutters of the type which the thieves used. CU Cutters cutting through bolt. CU Home Secretary as he is asked "Sir, Why are you against flogging people who rob people with violence?" "Well originally flogging was done away with in 1861, that's about 100 years ago. It was kept for crimes of violence up till 1948, then it was abolished ...and since then the crimes of violence have actually gone down, and now they stand at less than they were in 1948". "Sir, do you intend to increase the Police Force?" "We are getting more recruits, ... but I think it's even more important to make the most use of the forces we have. LV "Guards" standing in entrance where their man went in, pan to an entrance round side and we see the man with the money bag making a run for it. CU Man looking over his shoulder as he starts to run up the street. GV (Quick motion) the man running off up the street.
