    This is the Ulster Trophy race on Saturday, 10th August 1946.

    Top 3 finishers (of 6 starters) were:-
    No. 1, Bira (Prince Birabongse), ERA (winner).
    No. 6, Reg Parnell, Maserati 4CL (2nd place).
    No. 3, Bob Gerard, ERA (3rd place).

    Though this was 3 months before my birth , it didn't prevent me from going to watch Bira's final appearance at the International Trophy Meeting at Silverstone on April 7th 1955 with my father.
