    Those are the Jeita Grotto cable cars, coordinates: N33.943335° E0 35.641857°

    Rosh Hanikra has nothing to do with this place?!?!?!

    This footage was filmed by Ray Sieman, for the Thames TV children's programme "Magpie".

    Backing up the previous contributor's comment, a clapperboard during the clip identifies the location as being the Jeita Grotto.
