SV. Towards, lines of scouts marching along towards theatre hall at Monchen-Gladbach, West Germany. GV. Children file into the hall. GV. Interior of the hall and the audience. SV. The young German boy starts to address General Sir Dudley Ward, Scout Commissioner for Western Europe. "Dear Sir Dudley I know you are a famous boy scout. You have been so kind to invite me and these Aachen children. I would like to give you this great decoration." stops speaking and starts to put on decoration. Natural sound of laughing and cheering from the audience. GV. Audience in the hall applauding.
