He is the famous French maitre-chef Marius Sylvain Dutray who currently works in Mayfair hotel. M/S of Mr Dutray in his living room. A great large flower arrangement can be seen in the background. Mr Dutray sits at a little table and starts painting on fabric. Fabrics he works on are silk and similar materials. C/U shot of Mr Dutray's hand as he paints a pink flower. C/U shot of a brush being dipped into colour.

    Mr Dutray started painting in the World War Two on the recommendation of Sir Winston Churchill - tells a voiceover. C/U shot of Mr Dutray's face as he works. Camera tilts down to show the paintings on the scarf and then moves back up on Ms Hilda's face.

    The "Mayfair hotel" referred to is the Westbury Hotel.
