Titles read: "CINETOPICALITIES IN BRIEF".
Various locations of events.
Several shots of miniaturist Charles Gunner making tiny pictures out of cobwebs. He mounts the web on a card and paints over them with a delicate brush. C/U of the finished picture of Windsor Castle. (Location of events unknown - somewhere in England!)
In the United States of America we see several shots of four-year-old Bobby (no surname mentioned) playing tenpin bowling / skittles. Commentator tells us Bobby was born a cripple and took up bowling after an operation. The skittles are replaced by an automatic machine.
Also in the United States we see an auto rail car that runs on a road and on railway tracks. After dropping its steel pilot wheels on the tracks, the car backs into some goods wagons and pulls them along. We then see the car travelling along a road.
In the United States of America we see a pilot recreating the first night mail flight from Cheyenne to Chicago seventeen years before. He sits in the cockpit with a torch and map, then we see the mail bags being unloaded from the back of the biplane. Then several shots of the up-to-date night mail service, as mail bags are loaded onto a large aeroplane. The pilot salutes before taking off and we see the plane flying over a city at night.
