    Longbridge, Birmingham. New British commercial vehicles are put on show and demonstrated.

    VS of the new large all glass showroom for cars etc. VS Demonstration of ability of the Austin Gipsy and climbing and going down steep gradients. VS New vehicles on show including a Mini Moke, a new ambulance, an animal transporter for the farmer, articulated trailers etc. They are on show inside and outside the exhibition halls. VS Demonstration of use of the new trailers and lorries and easy loading, etc.

    (Orig.Neg.) Old record suggests that material dates from around 17/05/1965.

    The show was held 17-28 May 1965.

    I'm certainly no expert on commercial vehicles, but I believe the following are shown;

    At 01:37, an Austin FJ horse transporter.

    At 02:38, a 5cwt Austin Mini with a Minatic trailer.

    At 03:16, an Austin Mini van.

    At 03:26, a Mini Moke.

    At 03:40, an Austin LD ambulance.

    At 03:47, an Austin J4 light van.
