M/S as Princess Elizabeth (later Queen Elizabeth II) and Princess Margaret Rose come out and get into another carriage followed by Queen Mary, Princess Elizabeth looks out of the window. M/S of guests standing around. M/S as Coronation coach draws up. King George VI emerges wearing Imperial state crown and carrying orb and sceptre, Queen Elizabeth is with him. M/S as the coach sets off across Parliament square, Prince Henry, Duke of Gloucester, and Prince George, Duke of Kent, follow on their horses. M/S of boats on river and children waving. Various shots as it makes its way through the city past cheering crowds. Aerial L/S of regiments marching through Trafalgar Square followed by Coronation coach.
