L/S of house - looks like a Bovis home! Crowd mill into shot to have a closer look at house. Various shots of crowd, a lot of the younger ones seem more interested in the camera. C/U of sign - says something about 'City of Liverpool' and 'Builders of House' being 'Richard Costain and Sons'. Also names some of material suppliers; 'Ravenhead Brick Co.', 'Merchant Trading Co.', 'Rowe Brothers and Co.', 'Courtrai Du Nord Tile'. Rest of sign is indecipherable.
