Prince Arthur, the Duke of Connaught, walks up a path towards the stands accompanied by various dignitaries, M/S as he stands and chats to them. He walks down some steps and towards the camera. Various shots of soldiers, L/S as the Duke raises his hat and gives three cheers, he walks onto a platform and salutes. M/S as he walks towards two soldiers who are kneeling, and hands them each a flag, one has the Union Jack on with a crown in the middle. The other looks to have a coat of arms on it.
