    L/S of a fish farm - square manmade ponds in a field surrounded by hills. M/S of an interior of a hut, a man stands over a fish tank. C/U of the man transporting trout eggs onto a hatching tray floating in the tanks. The man goes over to another tank to inspect eggs. Extreme C/U of a recently hatched baby fish swimming in a test tube held by the man. Extreme C/U of baby trout.

    M/S of a small group of men pulling a fishing net out of a lake. Various shots of the net filled with fish, a small net is used to scoop fish into another large trawling net - they are clearing the lake so it can be become a home to specially bred trout.

    M/S of men launching a rowing boat in the lake. Various shots of the men loading machinery and fishing equipment into the boat. Various C/Us of the men setting up an electrical generator in the bottom of the boat. M/S of the men, all in waders, paddling the boat into the lake. Two men hold metal rods connected to the generator in the water - the fish a stunned as they swim into the field of electricity. Various C/Us of stunned fish being lifted from the river using hand nets.

    M/S of a man dragging a trawling net out of a pool at the fish farm. When the fish are transferred to a different pool they are weighed and measure, C/U of fish being tipped into buckets. A man uses a measuring device - a square scoop - as he lifts fish from one bucket to another.
