• Short Summary

Fabulous story about decorating the hair and body with flowers - serious glamour!

  • Description

M/S of an extremely glamorous woman standing looking into a rococo mirror putting flowers in her hair - or possibly earrings. It is the film star Anna Valentina. She turns to face the camera. Anna is a red head and wears a golden moulded frock with no straps - wow! C/U to show that she has some blue flowers (Swiss Gentin) adorning her hair (looks like they are growing out of her ear). Great reaction shot from a grey poodle who sits in a chair admiring his mistress - the poodle's name is "Candy". L/S of Anna who poses for the camera. C/U of her bare shoulder upon which an orchid is placed. Very dainty.

C/U of a table with several flowers lying on the surface. C/U of the Candy peeking over the arm of the chair. A sprig of flowers is picked up from the table. Candy turns away. C/U of Anna who wears a floral decoration on her shoulder (Red Renuncular with Pittespum leaf). She looks down at the flowers. She glances at the camera - very coy. C/U of Candy. High angle shot of Anna who sits on a chair admiring a ring made of red flowers, she also wears flowers around her neck.

Note: I want to live in a house like Anna's - it is so kitsch!

Anna Valentina appeared in only two films according to the BFI. "Never Let Me Go" (1953) and "Dust and Gold" (1955).
