Amendment Ocitber 2011: A visitor to the site has written in with additional information. This is the factory of WG Tarrant. Some workers are building huts whilst the others are building the Tabor heavy bomber. They are probably making struts to go between the wings. The film probably dates from 1918/19. The dance and car scenes take place outside Byfleet Village Hall.
