    Recognized my father boarding this ship HMT City of Marseilles. Joined 12th Lancers 1925 sailed for Egypt 1926 arrived Dec 1926 at Port Said bound for Cairo to Helmieh Camp 1926-1929 served in Egypt, Sudan & Palestine, trained in 1928 with 3rd Armored car Company and became a mechanised company moved into Palestine1929 with Rolls Royce Armored cars for troubles there, horses returned in 1929.
