Several shots inside huge warehouses where the Government is storing and manufacturing (?) hundreds of army vehicles, tyres, motorbikes and trucks. A new 'caterpillar car' that looks like a covered jeep on caterpillar tank wheels is taken for a demonstration ride with a load of Army officers aboard. It jerks about all over the place, probably to demonstrate how quickly it can change direction.
