VS At West Point the Army Secretary Stephen Ailes presents the diplomas to the graduation day officers. One cadet receives his diploma in shirtsleeves for he is a poison ivy victim. Pan to all the cadets seated and then they throw their hats into the air, as a traditional end to the presentation.
