A supply ship arrives at Port Moresby and hands goods over to small canoes manned by natives. They set off into the Papuan jungles along the narrow rivers. They stop at a remote village for a rest. Several shots of the locals.
The next morning the crew move onwards on foot, carrying the goods. They move through the jungle, then the open country. The party eventually arrive at a remote Australian outpost. Two soldiers sit checking off a register or inventory.
