    The investiture ceremony featured her took place on 3 February 1970.

    "Lilian Board" should read Lillian Board, (3 changes including tags required). Tragically she died later the same year at the age of just 22.

    "Lord Thompson" should read Lord Thomson of Fleet, (Roy Thomson).

    "Mrs. Calthorpe" is Gladys Calthorpe.

    "Miss Carey" is the actress Joyce Carey.
