We appreciate the identification of the racetrack - don't suppose any viewer was actually at the race?

06:17 - Piero Taruffi, Moss's Maserati team mate, will share the No.8 car with André Simon.

06:20 - Anna Maria Peduzzi (on the right) and 06:23 Gilberte Thirion (in the stripes) will drive Peduzzi's Ferrari 500TR (No.11).

06:28 - "Le Mans" style start.

The reason that cars are coming off the Curva Sud Alta Velocita banking (outside) and the Curva Parabolica (inside) simultaneously, is that a combined circuit (both the high speed oval circuit and the road course)was being used, hence the cones along the straight to separate cars completing a lap from those only half way round.
